Digital Pencil Too Challenge #18
February 12th, 2010Hey everyone! Last week I entered the challenge over on Mo’s Digital Pencil Too Challenge Blog and this week I am too. I love her images, one of the characters “Bella” reminds me of my Hannah. So when I saw the challenge this week I knew I wanted to make!
The Challenge was to use red, pink, white and add a heart to a card or 3-D project. I chose a card so I can easily slip it into her second year scrapbook. So without further ado….
I put so many views of the card because there is so much detail to it that I wanted to share. From the left is the pink ribbon with a flair pin for the center the paper is red and white polka dot, then shimmer xo paper and the card base is pink Bazzill paper. I used my copics and SU! markers to color in Bella, I then used a white gel pen for the polka dots on her shirt and boot. For her tutu, I added Pixie Dust Shimmerz and then heat embossed with clear powder. For Bronte the dog I used Silver Bells Shimmerz and a red SU! marker for his color. The hearts were placed on individually with precision….especially the one that landed on Bronte’s nose! I used a 3-D sticker for the sentiment, I thought it was perfect for her!
To get a little idea of my inspiration here is my little lady:
Hope you enjoyed my card! Have a fantastic day!! Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!

Very cute! I love all the hearts and the two different boots. Kids always dress like that when they choose their own outfits. Glad you could join us in Mo’s Challenge this week.
