I have soooo missed doing the challenges over on Mo’s Challenge Blog. I am in love with her images and the ladies over there are so talented and creative with their challenges. This weeks challenge can be seen here. This is my entry, I made it for my Nana who turns 94 on April 17th!! I share this early bc I know she won’t be peeking….no access to the internet. She LOVES purple so I knew I had to incorporate it in her card, I hope she loves it!
Thanks for stopping by!!
Cheers!

The beginning of the month we celebrated our pal Tyler’s 4th birthday. My Hannah is a rhinestone tomboy, I swear one day it’s princesses the next is pirates. Tyler is always surrounded by this….poor boy with all the ladies, ha! So to celebrate his birthday I decided to do a pirate themed card. I did not have time to find a pirate ship stamp but in my favor was Meagan…my super talented friend from work. She drew the sketch of the pirate ship and I decorated it up….thanks MG!

So I have been busy! I have made myself a list of things that I want to get done within the next week. One of the things on my list was to do my “Create” letters for my crafty corner in our playroom/office.
I started out with Kraft Letters from Paper Source and some fantastic Lotka paper from Paper Source as well. I have to tell you, in order for this to really work with you…use the Lotka paper! It is so easy to work with and Modge Podge and this paper are very good friends!
I did this in two hours while my kids napped and my arms are a little tired from the manipulating and precision in the “nooks and crannies”….
I can’t wait to get this on my wall above my ribbon organizer(great idea Mer, thanks!)…once the hubby gets away from his work I will put him to work here and then post some pics.
If you have any questions, leave me a comment…I am happy to help!! Click on each photo to get a “full view”
POOF…my work here is done! Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!

Happy Saturday!! Hope everyone had a wonderful week! I am so happy to be home with my babies and hubby, it was a long time to be away from them. I have finally got somewhat back to order, but not so much…still enjoying those snuggles.
This weeks challenge was to make anything but a card using one of Robyn’s images. At first I was thinking I would make a 3-D project but then I decided to use my newly found PhotoShop skills. They are growing daily and I am loving that I can use the same image on a page over and over. I created my very first digital scrapbook page using the Shamrock image and some pictures from some Saint Patty’s Day past. The first one is me pregnant with Hannah standing with my gorgeous and comincal Mom. The other picture is from Hannah last year on Saint Patrick’s Day. I can’t wait to make one this year of the two baby loves!!!
Hope you enjoyed my creation! Be sure to stop by the Challenge Board for some fun and check out the other very talented ladies on my sidebar for their creations!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!
