I was given the privilege to make cards for a very dear friend of mine. She and her husband have numerous friends who celebrate all of the holidays. She asked me to make something blue, silver and white. I wanted to do something other than the typical card so I designed this card for her. The card is called a buckle card, so the white “belt” closes the card rather than just a folded card. I embossed the snowflakes onto silver shimmer paper and hand stamped “Happy Holidays” as well as the penguin.

She was very pleased with the outcome and even better…..I got one from her personalized.
