My sister recently asked me to make some invitations for her Sister-In-Law Katie’s Bridal Shower. I was so excited to make these, Katie is getting married in August but before the big day….you need to shower the bride!
I gave my sister a lot of options and she wanted to help as well so….we went to work. We put so many samples together it was starting to get difficult to pick one! We did not want anything loud or over the top so we went with these.

I can safely post this now because the shower happened on Sunday. We used Pool, Grape and Super Fine Soft White from Paper Source.
My sister picked a great design and I hope Katie enjoyed them too!
Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!

Awhile back I got a request from a friend via Facebook for bridal shower invites. I was so excited to start designing samples for her and find the perfect design for the shower she was planning. She is the bridesmaid for her friend Holli who I hear is getting married on Valentine’s Day. She gave me some ideas and after a few conversations, this is what she decided on.

And then here they all are ready for shipment.
As I usually do, I blocked out the information for privacy reasons.
Recently, Lizzy posted this on my Facebook page, “Kristyn, been getting some resposes to the invitations, and everyone keeps saying in their message how much they loved the invitations! GREAT JOB! Hugs and Kisses-Lizzy”
What a great compliment, makes me love doing what I do even more!!
Thanks for looking!

I recently made this card for an amazing couple, Lizzy and Jimmy. Their was wedding was so classy and elegant, we had a blast! They are off celebrating in Aruba, yup I am jealous but so very happy for them!!

The interior reads, “At the end of the day there’s nothing more important than finding the person you want to be with for the rest of your life”. A perfect sentiment for these two!!
Thanks for looking!!

As I mentioned a few days ago, my sister and brother-in-law surprised their boys with a trip to Walt Disney World. They are also celebrating their 9 year anniversary this week, so unlike most anniversary cards I made this one a theme. My sister had been holding in her excitement for the big surprise and I knew the trip would be as amazing for them as it was for the boys. I made them a Disney themed card this year and last night when I saw her at family dinner she told me she loved it…even the envelope I put it in. Having family as part of your fan club is such a bonus!! Happy Anniversary Guys!!!

Thanks for looking!

Our longtime friends Shannon and Jason got married in St. Lucia back in March, this weekend we celebrated with a belated reception. They love the beach and outdoors, explains why they got married in the Caribbean!
I wanted to make a non-traditional wedding card for them, well because they are that kind of couple. I had fun designing this and putting it together. Congrats Shannon and Jason, many happy years ahead!!

My cousin is one of my biggest fans and she asked me to make a wedding card for one of her best friends wedding. She looked around my site and asked for some purple and Happily Ever After, this is what I came up with.
I really enjoyed making this card for her, I hope the bride and groom enjoy it as well! Thanks Meg for picking me and being such a big fan!!!

I was so delighted to get to make this card, who doesn’t love the news of people in love getting engaged?!?! This one was really special as it goes to my Sister of my Heart, Missy. Her handsome guy and her recently got engaged and it brought me true joy to make this card for them!
Congratulations Missy and Barry!!! Sending you both all the love in the world!!!

I had the pleasure of working with a couple from Maine that are getting married in October. They wanted something simple, they knew they wanted to incorporate trees and fall colors. I used a deep chocolate base and a cream for the invite face. The band around the invitation with the trees slides down off of the invite to reveal the wedding couple. This is how they turned out.

The second set of Wedding related orders I received was from a very dear friend of mine who is an avid runner. She wanted to include her hobby of running into the invitation as well as some purple because it would not be used for the Formal Invite.

Thank you to both couples for choosing me to design and make their very important day paper goodies!
Back with more very soon!
